- All entrance and environmental fees listed for the tour are included.
- Lunch is at the guest's expense unless the package specifically states otherwise.
- Full payment online is required to confirm the reservation.
- Nothing is due to the assigned guide on the day of the tour.
- Cancellations made more than three days before the tour receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within three days of the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- A full refund is provided if the Coast Guard or LGU prohibits the tour from proceeding because of severe weather.
- If a flight or ferry is cancelled because of severe weather, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date within one year.
- Group members who do not attend without being reported before the applicable cancellation deadline remain chargeable.
