Yes. This is a full-island itinerary with many scheduled stops. The operator may adjust the order, time spent at each location or availability of a stop because of tides, weather, traffic, road access, attraction closures, operating hours or safety requirements.

What time is pickup?

Approximate hotel pickup is between 8:00 and 8:15 AM, with expected drop-off around 5:00–6:00 PM.

What happens during severe weather?

The operator may change the route or omit unsafe stops. If severe weather or an official local restriction prevents the confirmed tour from operating, the booking is handled under the partner cancellation terms shown during checkout.

Private Tour Booking Conditions

  • This is a private tour for your group.
  • Hotel pickup and drop-off are normally included. Hotel pickup and drop-off by van.
  • All entrance and environmental fees listed for the tour are included.
  • Lunch is at the guest's expense unless the package specifically states otherwise.
  • Full payment online is required to confirm the reservation.
  • Nothing is due to the assigned guide on the day of the tour.
  • Cancellations made more than three days before the tour receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within three days of the tour are subject to a 50% deduction.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
  • A full refund is provided if the Coast Guard or LGU prohibits the tour from proceeding because of severe weather.
  • If a flight or ferry is cancelled because of severe weather, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date within one year.
  • Group members who do not attend without being reported before the applicable cancellation deadline remain chargeable.
