Itinerary

Show

Approximately 8:00–8:15 AM — Hotel Pickup

Your driver and guide collect your group from the hotel or pickup point entered during booking. Be ready before the pickup window and keep your phone available in case the team needs help locating you.

Magpupungko Rock Pools

Visit Magpupungko when the tide schedule makes the natural pools accessible. Swim or explore the exposed pools while following local safety instructions. If the suitable tide occurs later in the day, the guide will move this stop to the appropriate time.

Lunch Near Magpupungko

The normal lunch break is at one of the restaurants around the Magpupungko part of the route. Lunch, drinks and snacks are selected and paid for by the guests.

Cloud 9

Walk along the boardwalk, see the famous surf break and take photographs at Siargao’s most recognised surfing location.

Secret Beach

Stop at the quieter coastal area for photographs, a beach walk or swimming when conditions permit.

Coconut Mountain View

Pause at the elevated roadside viewpoint overlooking Siargao’s coconut landscape.

Coconut Road

Visit the palm-lined road for photographs while remaining clear of moving vehicles.

Maasin River

Explore the river area and surrounding tropical scenery with your guide.

Maasin River Boat Experience

Board a local boat for the included river experience. The exact route depends on water and operating conditions.

Beto Cold Spring, When Included in the Day’s Route

Stop for a refreshing swim when access, timing and local conditions allow. The guide confirms whether the spring fits the day’s final route.

Tayangban Cave, If Requested and Confirmed

Add the optional cave stop only when it has been confirmed and conditions are suitable. Follow the local guide and use the required safety equipment.

Approximately 5:00 PM — Hotel Drop-Off

Return to your hotel or agreed drop-off point by private van. The exact return time depends on the route, traffic, tide and pace of the group.

FAQ

Show

Is this a private tour?

Yes. The vehicle is assigned to the guests included in your confirmed booking rather than operating as a normal shared joiner tour.

Is the displayed price per person?

No. TravelGO calculates the booking total for the whole group according to the number of guests selected. Review the live total at checkout before confirming.

Which places are included?

The standard route includes Cloud 9, Secret Beach, Coconut Mountain View, Coconut Road, Maasin River, the Maasin River boat experience and Magpupungko Rock Pools when tide conditions allow. Beto Cold Spring is included when routing and local conditions permit. Tayangban Cave is optional and must be confirmed.

Is Magpupungko Rock Pool guaranteed?

The tour is planned around the tide, but access still depends on tide conditions, weather, waves, opening status and local safety decisions. The guide may change the route order or omit the pools when access is unsafe or closed.

Is Tayangban Cave included?

Tayangban Cave is an optional stop. Confirm availability, suitability and any additional charges before booking or before the tour date. It is not guaranteed on every departure.

Is the Maasin River boat ride included?

Yes. The standard tour includes the Maasin River boat experience, subject to local operating and safety conditions.

Is lunch included?

No. The tour normally stops for lunch near Magpupungko, but guests choose and pay for their own food and drinks.

What time is hotel pickup?

Pickup is normally between approximately 8:00 and 8:15 AM. Be ready before the pickup window and keep your phone available.

How long is the tour?

The tour lasts approximately 6–9 hours, with hotel return expected around 5:00 PM. Tide timing, traffic, weather and the group’s pace can affect the exact duration.

Are entrance fees included?

Required entrance and environmental fees for the standard confirmed route are included. Optional additions or activities not shown as included in the booking may require separate payment.

What happens during bad weather?

The guide may change the route or omit an unsafe stop. If severe weather or an official restriction prevents the confirmed tour from operating, the booking is handled under the partner’s stated cancellation and refund conditions.

How far ahead should I book?

Book at least 24 hours in advance through TravelGO. Earlier booking is recommended for weekends, holidays and larger groups because guides and private vehicles are subject to availability.
