3. Payment Information
We accept the following payment methods, including Apple Pay and Google Pay on both our website and mobile app. We do not store full payment credentials. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers:
- Cash on delivery: No payment data is collected. Our driver collects cash when delivering your order.
- Card (Stripe): Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. For refund purposes, we store only the last 4 digits of your card and the card brand (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
- GCash (PayMongo): Payment is processed by PayMongo. We do not store your GCash account details. PayMongo's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
- Apple Pay: Available on our website (Safari) and in our iOS app. When you pay with Apple Pay, payment is processed through Apple's secure system. We do not store or have access to your Apple Pay card details. Apple's privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
- Google Pay: Available on our website (Chrome) and in our Android app. When you pay with Google Pay, payment is processed through Google's secure system. We do not store or have access to your Google Pay card details. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We retain order and contact information as needed to provide our services, handle refunds, and comply with legal requirements. For card payments, we store only the last 4 digits and card brand for refund purposes—not full card details.

If you are in the European Economic Area or other regions with data protection laws, you may have additional rights including the right to data portability, to restrict processing, and to object to processing.

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
10. App Store Disclosures
Apple App Store: If you use our app on an Apple device, you can manage your data and privacy preferences through your device settings. Apple may collect certain data as described in their privacy policy.
Google Play: If you use our app on an Android device, you can manage your data and privacy preferences through your device and Google account settings. For Google Play's Data Safety requirements, we disclose that we collect contact and order information for service delivery, and we do not sell user data.
