Where does TravelGo deliver?

We deliver food and groceries in General Luna and across Siargao del Norte. Set your delivery address in the app to see available restaurants and check if you're in a delivery zone.

How do I track my order?

Go to Track order in the menu or visit the Track page. Enter your order ID and phone number to see real-time status and driver location. You can also enable push notifications when you place an order.

How much does a tuk-tuk taxi cost?

Tuk-tuk fare is ₱180 base for the first 3 km, then ₱36 per kilometre after that. The app shows the estimated fare when you set pickup and dropoff on the map. Final price may vary slightly with the exact route.

How much does van hire cost?

Van hire is 2,500 PHP for 6 people, plus 200 PHP per extra person. For cheaper rides with up to 5 people, use our tuk-tuk taxi instead. Ideal for airport transfers (e.g. Sayak Airport) and group trips.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery, PayMongo (GCash, Maya, card), and Stripe on the website and app—including Apple Pay or Google Pay when Stripe shows them. Options appear at checkout. Some restaurants or services may differ.

How do I create an account?

Tap Account in the menu, then choose Sign up. Enter your name, phone (WhatsApp number), and a password. You can use your account to save addresses, track orders, and reorder.

Can I order without an account?

For food delivery you can checkout as a guest with your phone number. Creating an account lets you save details, view order history, and get a smoother experience for taxi and van bookings.

Who do I contact for help?

Use the Support page in the app or menu to open a ticket. For order or booking issues, include your order ID or booking reference. For urgent delivery issues, the driver or restaurant may contact you via the number you provided.
